Empowering youth participation at national, regional and international forums, and building the next generation of leaders.
Learn moreThe SADC Youth Network unites young leaders and youth-led organisations across Southern Africa to advocate for youth rights, drive inclusive development, and shape the policies that define our region's future.
The SADC Youth Network (SADCYN) is a regional network of youth-led and youth-serving organisations committed to fostering sustainable, inclusive, and youth-driven development across the SADC region. Founded in 2017, SADCYN advocates for youth rights, governance, and development through capacity-building and collaboration with governments, regional bodies, and international partners.
We operate across 16 member states, guided by the belief that young people are not merely beneficiaries of development — they are its architects. Our work is rooted in the African Union's Agenda 2063 and the SADC Youth Development Policy, ensuring that youth voices are central to all regional conversations.
