Whether you represent a youth-led organisation or you are an individual who wants to make a difference, there is a place for you in the SADC Youth Network. Together we are building a stronger, more inclusive Southern Africa.
The SADC Youth Network welcomes youth-led and youth-serving organisations from all 16 SADC member states. Membership gives your organisation a seat at the table — enabling you to influence regional policy, access capacity-building programmes, and collaborate with peers across Southern Africa.
To qualify for membership, your organisation should be officially registered in a SADC member state, be youth-led or have significant youth representation in its leadership, and be actively working on issues that affect young people in the region.
Register Your Organisation →Membership is free of charge. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and you will be contacted within 14 working days of submission.
Are you a young person who is passionate about change? Volunteering with the SADC Youth Network is one of the most impactful ways to build your skills, grow your network, and contribute meaningfully to regional development.
Our volunteers support a wide range of activities — from event coordination and communications to research, translation, and community outreach. No matter your background or skill set, there is a role for you.
Apply to Volunteer →Fill in the relevant form — either the Organisation Registration form or the Volunteer Application form — and provide accurate details about yourself or your organisation.
Our Secretariat reviews every application carefully. We may reach out to verify details or ask follow-up questions. This process typically takes 7–14 working days.
